- Understood the commercial tradeoffs of a product decision before shipping it
A real interview probe at this level
“How does the last feature you shipped connect to a business outcome? What metric should move, and by how much?”
A well-calibrated answer to this probe names a real decision, a real tradeoff, and a real outcome. Generic process descriptions do not hold up to follow-up.
